create id with msn.com domain:
Register on Following Link :
https://accountservices.passport.net/reg.srf?ns=msn.com&vv=500&sl=1&lc=1003
create account with any domain:
https://accountservices.passport.net/reg.srf?fid=RegCredOnlyEASI&ru=https://accountservices&sl=1&lc=1033
Make sure you have already activated. They will send you code to activate domain using Msn email service.
